- have experience in soul or post mortem law enforcement

- have perceived or interacted with "ghosts" or spiritual entities

- have witnessed the unlawful transaction or destruction of souls


...are encouraged to report for testimony or service.

Records will be kept in two exemplaries, by alphabetical and ordinal classification - Renji.
